Our commitment to detail continues in the support of new homeowners during and after their move. We strive to provide a smooth, problem free move to each and every one of our purchasers. Employing a “partnership approach”, we work closely with our purchasers to ensure they have the house they want, when they want. Within the confines of the building programme, we aim to offer as much choice regarding finishes as possible. This may include kitchen and bathroom fittings, tile and carpet colours, bedroom fittings, lighting and music systems.

Following reservation we will meet with you and discuss in detail the proposed finishes to your new home and any opportunities there may be to adjust this. Agreed adjustments will be attended to prior to Completion.

As part of the move-in process, we meet all new purchasers prior to their move-in date to carry out a walk-through of their new home. This meeting gives us the opportunity to show the new homeowners where items such as heating time switches, stop cocks, lighting and music systems are located and also how to operate kitchen appliances, burglar alarms, electric gates and any other items that may be appropriate.

After you have moved in, we will be on hand to attend to any minor defects which may arise as your home acclimatises and settles into use. We will then contact you after six months and attend to any other matters that may have arisen.

All of our homes benefit from the NHBC buildmark warranty which provides protection against structural defects for 10 years.
